Refund policy

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order. During Golden Week, Obon, and year-end and New Year holidays, the product will be delivered in about a week after the order is placed.

When ordering, you can specify the desired delivery date from 7 days to 30 days after the order date.
